PHYSICAL AFFECTION: It depends on the person and how well she knows them. Strange men who attempt to hug her will get a shove and/or kick for their efforts, even a stab or slash from her knife if they are especially creepy. Strange women will make her go tense, but she won't attack right away unless they clearly have intent to grab her or something, and she's a good judge of character for stuff like that, she will be able to tell. People in her age range and general size range will not receive the same level of mistrust, but she will still be wary if she does not know them and will try to get out of affection pretty quick. I am okay with all of these scenarios if the other player is as well.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Ellie grew up in a violent world, and is no stranger to it. She will fight tooth and nail to survive and use anything she can to hurt her opponent, and even kill them if she feels like her life is in danger. If you'd like to have your character attack Ellie for whatever reason, I'd just like to be asked first and to plan out how it will go down beforehand.
ROMANCE/FLIRTING: You only have a chance at romance with Ellie if you're another teenage girl. Flirting from anyone else is okay, but she won't engage, best you'll get is sarcasm. If you're a lot older than her, she may break your finger.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Ellie is 15 and I'd prefer not to play anything too explicit with her, even with someone in her age range. The only way she would be intimate with another girl is if they earned her trust and she was in an established relationship with them for a little bit already. And all forms of non-consensual sex is completely off the table.
PSYCHIC ABILITIES: Ellie has none, and I am not opposed to having her mind read in a superficial sense by another with those powers, just ask beforehand. And be prepared for her trust in your character to be severely lessened if she discovers what they have done.
MAGIC/POWERS: No powers or magic, but as with psychic powers, I'm not opposed to her engaging with others' powers if it's discussed beforehand and depending on the nature of the powers.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: She is a healthy teenage girl. Her biggest medical oddity is that there is a mutated cordyceps fungal growth all over her brain. It makes her immune to the cordyceps fungus in her world, through both bites and airborne spores. It isn't known right now if she can infect other people, but the implication is that she can't.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS OR TRIGGERS: Ellie is a walking trigger for child endangerment and trauma. Her canon contains all sorts of tough subjects: child death, suicide, general violence, murder, gore, cannibalism, implied pedophilia and sexual assault. If any of these are things that upset you, let me know and I'll refrain from having her discuss her world and past with your character(s) and/or adding reference to it in smalltext/prose, as well as refrain from tagging them in events where she is put in harm's way. As for her own triggers: she has massive trust and abandonment issues, and she does not do well with being grabbed and/or manhandled for any reason and will react violently. Otherwise, she's able to deal with a lot, given how she grew up.

BACKTAGGING: Absolutely okay. I am a completionist and prefer to try and finish a thread to its natural conclusion no matter how long it takes rather than drop it. Sometimes I am forced to drop threads if I get swamped, though. It's a last resort for me.
FOURTH WALLING: I'm generally okay with fourth walling, so long as it's not like he's bluntly being told "you're a character in a Video Game and don't exist." If you're not overly cruel about it, it should be fine.
THREADHOPPING: If it's a public network thread, I don't see why not. For anything else, it depends on the context, so just ask first!
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS/TRIGGERS: I won't play out rape or certain kinds of graphic body horror. The surgical procedures featured in the movies Human Centipede and Tusk are examples of body horror I can't deal with. Pregnancy horror such as what was in the film Prometheus is also a hard No, as is anything to do with mutilation and violation of the genitals. But zombies, alien chest-bursters, flesh eating viruses and parasites and most other kinds of body horror are okay with me.
ANYTHING ELSE: Not yet.
